Delivery Information

Once your order has been confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. We aim to schedule deliveries within approximately 14 days where possible, although lead times may vary depending on product availability and logistics.

Access Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process, suitable access must be available for vehicles up to 7.5 metres in length. Deliveries may take place between 7:00am and 7:00pm, and a delivery window will be provided in advance.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within agreed timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including transport issues, supplier delays, weather conditions, or damaged goods in transit.

Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing components as soon as possible. Any issues should be noted at the time of delivery acceptance.

Standard delivery charges are included within your quotation unless otherwise stated. Any additional costs resulting from amended orders, access issues, failed deliveries, or replacement deliveries will be communicated prior to dispatch.
